A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria (3,000-hour program, 2009), Chelsey brings over 15 years of clinical experience to her practice. She combines strong therapeutic skills with a calm, grounded presence, creating a space where clients feel supported, at ease, and truly heard.

Chelsey has a special interest in supporting youth, young adults, and mothers. She is passionate about helping younger clients build body awareness and healthy movement patterns early on, while offering supportive care for moms through all stages—including pregnancy and postpartum. Pregnancy pillows are available to ensure comfort and proper positioning during prenatal treatments.
Chelsey believes the body functions best when it is consistently supported through movement, rest, nourishment, hydration, and mindful self-care. Her treatments are designed not only to relieve symptoms, but to help restore balance and resilience over time.
Her clinical focus includes postural imbalances, neck and shoulder tension, headaches, TMJ dysfunction, low back pain, hip and sciatic issues, sports-related strain, stress-related tension, and prenatal care.
Chelsey integrates a range of techniques including deep tissue and Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilizations, passive stretching, and contract-relax methods—always adapting pressure and approach to suit your body and comfort level.
Outside of her practice, Chelsey enjoys time in nature, hiking, yoga, travel, reading, and meaningful connection with family and friends. Her personal commitment to wellness informs the grounded, compassionate care she brings to every session.
